Support your friends using free ( non-commercial ) tool, Team Viewer

How to use team viewer to support your friend.

Did you get bored of explaining something to your friend?
Do you have a friend who always has problems with his PC that he couldn't deal with?


Now you can help him using this free - non commercial - program ( Team Viewer ).
you may also use it to remote control your PC - I'll explain that later in another post.






1. First download latest version of team viewer here
2.  you will get a file like this ..... just run it !
3.  you will get the following screen 

you either choose install, that will install the program on your machine
 or choose run which is recommended if you plan to use the program for one session only






4.  Next step you have to accept the licence of the program 

*** Now you are done, program is ready

*** Ask your partner to do all the previous steps ( 1- 4) 


To connect with a partner for a remote control session, follow these steps:

1. Ask your partner for his/her TeamViewer ID and password.
2. Enter your partner's ID in the Partner ID combo box. 


3. Click the Remote control option button. 
4. Click the Connect to partner button.
→ The TeamViewer Authentication dialog box will open.

5. Enter the password of the remote computer. 
9. Click Log On.
10. You are now connected to your partner’s computer, and you can manage it as it is your own machine.
